Body Sculpt For all fitness levels. Shape and tone upper, middle and lower body, building and maintaining muscle strength, bone density, endurance and ease of movement. Will work all major and minor muscle groups. You will need aerobic shoes, hand weights, resistance bands, and a mat. Instructor: Body Moves Fitness, LLC.
