About this event
Due to the success of Engineering for Kids’ programs, we are pleased to add a Coding & App Design program to our catalog! App development has increased manifold in the past five years due to lower costs and easier access to essential tools, so give your engineer the knowledge to stay ahead in today’s technological society. We are offering a unique experience in which students get to code, test, and create their own apps in real-time using an easy-to-understand format. The best part about this program is that they will save their created apps right to their devices for play anywhere, anytime! We will create a series of apps and games using the Lua programming language. To make these programs, we will learn many programming functions common throughout most programming languages, like loops and variables.
