Description

The Arthritis Foundation Exercise program was designed to help people with arthritis maintain joint flexibility, muscle strength, and reduce pain and stiffness associated with arthritis. Taught by an Arthritis Foundation certified instructor who receives detailed and ongoing training to work with people with arthritis.
