Senior $375 (4:30 - 6:00) 

Skill focus:  

• refine the competitive strokes
• refine swimming skills (dives, turns, streamlining, supportive kicking, efficient and propulsive strokes, optimal body position, breath control)
• improve stamina in the water

Intermediate $350 (5:00 - 6:00)

Skill focus:  

• improve proficiency with the competitive strokes 
• improve swimming skills (dives, turns, streamlining, supportive kicking, efficient and propulsive strokes, optimal body position, breath control)
• improve stamina in the water

Juniors $350 (4:00-6:00)

Skill focus:  

• introduction and development of strokes
• introduce swimming skills (dives, turns, streamlining, supportive kicking, efficient and propulsive strokes, optimal body position, breath control)
• improve stamina in the water

Turtles

     - 2 Day Program $220 (4-4:30) Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday

     - 4 Day Program $ 350 (4-4:30)

Requirement: capable of swimming an unassisted length of the pool

Skill focus:  

• level of comfort in water
• supportive kicking on front and back
• introduction and development of strokes
