About this event
Travel to historical sites throughout Denver and learn about significant periods of the city and state's history. It is a chance to see the city of Denver in a way that highlights local history while also providing an opportunity to see new museums and lesser known historical sights. We are planning to tour the Colorado History Center, the state capitol, the Denver Firefighters Museum, the Colorado Judicial Learning Center, and several historic churches in the downtown area. Meet us at the Lincoln light rail station both days at 8:30 am. We would then return to the light rail station by 3:00 pm. Students need to bring money for their lunch.
