Join us for a brief introduction into drawing a self portrait. As a constant presence, the self can be a fantastic subject to learn from, especially using foundational methods of drawing and linework. This class will introduce students to themselves - how to develop observation skills in order to capture individual expressions, anatomy, and personality on paper. Foundational skills will be enhanced through experimenting with various materials like pencil, charcoal, watercolor pen, and more. This class is ideal for visual artists with some experience, whether recent or returning to the craft after a break!
