Join us at the Y for "Mindful Mamas and Minis" - an opportunity for mothers and children under 5 to connect, grow and thrive in each others company.

Each meeting will be guided by staff with various activities. Water and a small snack will be provided.

Admission is Free for Y members, $15 for non-members.
