45 minutesModerate IntensityLow- ImpactStrengthen your body while improving your flexibility and mental focus using Corefirst ™ resistance bands for a full-body workout. This class will include mindfulness and breath work followed by resistance Pilates and strength exercises. End your workout with a stretch and flexibility session to cool down and limber up. This program targets your core focusing on strength and alignment - engaging all of your muscles for a body-transforming workout.
All Equipment provided.
- Register at least 15 minutes prior to class start- drop-ins are not permitted.
- Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to your class start to check in.
- Proceed directly to Fitness Room for check-in
- 2 days notice is required for refund/credit.
