EARLY LEARNING READINESS PROGRAMFOR CHILDREN AGES 0-5 & THEIR CAREGIVERS
If your child will be attending the ELR program with an additional caregiver or alternative caregiver who is not the primary person who enrolled the child in this program, please complete this registration.
Are you the caregiver (parent, relative, friend, etc.) of a child aged 5 or younger? Before your little ones walk into a classroom, you are their first teacher. The Early Learning Readiness (ELR) program not only provides you with the tools and support needed to be effective first teachers, but also gives your children a safe, fun place to play, explore, and learn through songs, stories, learning activity centers, and family outings.
