Raku Making Day Aug 22nd 6:00-9:00 The “Making Day” mini-workshop gives participants dedicated time to make pottery in preparation for a "Raku Firing Workshop". As a group we will discuss the basics of clay and glaze selection, and size and shape choice. You’ll be provided with up to a half-bag of specialty raku clay that will yield the best results in the firing.   Open to intermediate and advanced level throwers, and hand builders of all ability levels. *This workshop is a time to prepare pieces for a raku firing, which must be signed up for separately, please see website to register for firing days*
