Feel More Confident and Energized as You Age
In this workshop you will learn how your body and mind changes as you age you approach 50 years old and beyond. Learn how to apply strategies to feel better physically and maximize brain function. You will discover a roadmap to thrive, celebrate and embrace the changes as you age. This class is taught by aging expert and lifestyle coach, Caryl Kenworth, MSN.
