Level 4 | Lap Swimming and Endurance Freestyle & Backstroke Refinement (12-25 yards) Building endurance for lap swimming, side breathing, racing dives, underwater kicking, flip turns. Registration requirement: demonstrate a continuous swim of freestyle and backstroke for half a lap. No class on July 4th Class opens to nonmembers two weeks prior to the first class
