Discover the beauty and benefits of ballet in this class designed for adults of all skill levels! Dance is the perfect blend of strength, flexibility, and cardio, and this class offers a supportive environment to explore the art of ballet.You’ll learn foundational techniques, including barre exercises, center floor work, and flowing combinations, while building essential skills like turns, jumps, and posture.
Class takes place Wednesdays from 5:00-6:00PM at the Johnstown Activity Center (JAC).
Recommended clothes: Ballet shoes and clothes you can move in.
