About this event
This hands-on, project-based course is designed to teach young learners the fundamentals of design, computer coding, robotics, and game-based learning. Each week, students will engage in exciting projects, such as building and programming robots, tackling coding challenges in Minecraft Education, or exploring emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Multiple teachers will be at each club to ensure that students are grouped by age and ability, allowing materials to be presented in a way that is developmentally appropriate. Older and more advanced learners will be challenged with more complex topics and projects tailored to their skill level. With an emphasis on practical skills, innovation, and problem-solving, this course is perfect for future coders, engineers, and innovators! ClassDojo will be utilized to provide updates to parents after each class, and in the last class, we will have a Carnival Day where students will enjoy unplugged activities and utilize their class points for prizes.
