Do you enjoy reading and talking about fiction? Do you write short stories of your own? If you’d like to attend a fiction-writing seminar and workshop with other writers in your community, join our class! For the first few weeks, we’ll read and discuss published stories with an eye toward craft: language, character, structure, etc. Afterward, several weeks will be reserved for students who are interested in workshopping their own short stories. All genres and skill levels welcome. Stories will be distributed by the instructor via handouts or email. Instructor: Drew Schroeder, Iowa Writers Workshop Student
