About this event

Description

Functional age is a concept that a measure other than chronological age could better reflect one's position in the aging process. The role with this training group is to introduce and practice all areas of functional training together exploring your individual strengths and areas to improve in order to increase physical function for your day-to-day lifestyle and individual goals. We will develop regular and progressive practices:

  • Musculoskeletal - strength, power, joint integrity, endurance.
  • Cognitive function- processing, memory, attention mobility- sit to stand, walking gait, agility, obstacle negotiation.
