If you like Zumba, then you are going to love Freedom BANG®? ! A full body exercise class set to music that will firm up those muscles and make you feel great. Freedom BANG®? is a pre-choreographed fusion of boxing, HIIT, hip hop, world dance, optional weighted gloves and just a touch of attitude. This class offers a wide range of intensity options to help you customize your workout.
A total body workout combining all elements of fitness; cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. $7 Drop In fee per class.
During COVID-19 this class is required to follow State and County guidelines for operation, which includes wearing a mask and social distancing.
NO CLASS MAY 8TH AND 10TH DUE TO INSTRUCTOR OUT OF TOWN
