About this event
Are you interested in exploring the world through yoga? Then sign up for a week of yoga and mindfulness with Silly Hearts Yoga for Kids. Each camper will receive a yoga passport and travel the world with yoga, learning poses inspired by various locations. You'll learn a variety of yoga poses to challenge both your body and mind as well as experience yoga and mindfulness through games and music. Each day you will have an opportunity to use your creativity with a yoga-related crafts or hands-on activity, plus you’ll get to decorate your own yoga mat to take home! This camp is for everyone! No yoga experience is needed- just an open mind and a willingness to try new things.
