Description
Start your day with a burst of joy and empowerment. Our morning Zumba class combines heart-pumping Latin and international music with easy-to-follow dance moves that will have you smiling and sweating from the first song. Whether you're a Zumba pro or trying it for the first time, this class is designed to get your body moving and your mood lifted before you even step foot in the office. Registration open for adults, ages 18+.
