Join us for a fun-filled day of community spirit at the Saint Sophia School 5K & Fun Run! This exciting event is open to everyone—students, parents, staff, and friends of Saint Sophia School. Whether you’re running for a personal best or walking with family, it’s a great opportunity to get active and support children’s health and well-being.
By participating, you’re not only promoting physical activity but also fostering a sense of community and supporting the school’s mission to encourage healthy living for children- "Sound Mind, Sound Body". Come out to celebrate health, friendship, and fitness with friends and family from Saint Sophia School!

Saint Sophia School 5K & Fun Run - Event Details
Come join us for the Saint Sophia School 5K & Fun Run! This family-friendly event promotes healthy living and active lifestyles for all ages. Whether you’re running for a personal best, walking with friends, or cheering from the sidelines, it’s a great way to support children’s health and celebrate our school community!
Event Schedule
•7:30 AM – Registration Opens
•8:00 AM – 5K Run/Walk Starts
•9:00 AM – Fun Run Starts (for younger participants)
•11:00 AM – Event Ends
Course Information
•5K Course: A scenic route suitable for all levels, whether you’re running or walking. The course will be clearly marked, with water stations available along the way.
•Fun Run: A short, kid-friendly route filled with fun surprises! Ideal for younger participants and families.
•Both courses are stroller-friendly, so bring the whole family! REMINDER: NO PETS ALLOWED!
Arrival & Parking Information
•Arrival Time: Please arrive by 7:30 AM to check in and get your race packet. Make sure you’re ready by the 8:00 AM start time!
•Parking: Parking is available at the North Lot at Saint Sophia School. We encourage carpooling if possible, to help ease congestion.
•Drop-off: There will be a designated drop-off zone near the main entrance for those who wish to drop participants off.
Waivers & ID
•All participants must sign a waiver when they check in. If you register online, make sure you’ve completed the waiver ahead of time to save time on event day.
•A valid ID is required for packet pick-up.
•Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver.
What to Bring
•Your ID for race packet pick-up.
•Comfortable running shoes and athletic attire.
•Water bottle (water stations will be available, but staying hydrated is key).
•Sunscreen and a hat if it’s sunny.
•A positive attitude and a great smile!
What to Wear
•Wear weather-appropriate, breathable clothing for the race.
•Comfortable shoes (running shoes are recommended).
•Dress comfortably for the Fun Run—don't forget to wear your Sain't Sophia Run into The Wild shirt!
Other Important Detail!
•Awards & Prizes: Medals will be awarded to top finishers in various age categories.
•First Aid: A first aid station will be available on-site for any emergencies.
