By definition, restorative yoga is a restful practice that holds yoga poses for a longer duration (typically 2-5 minutes). It can apply moderate stress to the connective tissues and increase the circulation of joints. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. Please bring a mat and water.
