Parent and Tot Gym Stars is a delightful gymnastics program tailored for children aged 3-5. Designed to introduce young kids to the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun and safe environment, this program focuses on developing balance, coordination, and flexibility through simple exercises and playful activities. With a curriculum that includes basic tumbling and engaging obstacle courses, children will enhance their motor skills while building confidence and enjoying physical activity. Led by an experienced instructor, Parent and Tot Gym Stars fosters a positive atmosphere where every child can shine and have fun exploring the world of gymnastics.
