Parent and Tot Gym Stars is a delightful gymnastics program tailored for children aged 3-5. Designed to introduce young kids to the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun and safe environment, this program focuses on developing balance, coordination, and flexibility through simple exercises and playful activities. With a curriculum that includes basic tumbling and engaging obstacle courses, children will enhance their motor skills while building confidence and enjoying physical activity.
