TBF Summer/Fall Cycling Class provides eighteen-weeks of Coached No-Drop cycling workouts and starts with a FREE Cycling Skills Clinic on Saturday, June 17th.
We will ride on the best roads at all our meeting locations, Lincoln, Loomis, Folsom, and Davis. The class will feature 3 Ride Events in Santa Rosa, Davis, and Lincoln.

2023 TBF Summer/Fall Cycling Class
June 15th - October 21st
The 18-week TBF Summer Cycling Class will help you develop your road bike skills, confidence, enjoyment and camaraderie. This class is for all levels of cyclists.
Class will meet every Sunday for Coached No-Drop rides on scenic country roads. We being our class with a FREE Bicycle Skills Clinic on June 17th and finish on October 21st at the Tour de Lincoln Ride.
June 17th FREE Bike Skill Clinic start at 8 a.m. at Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA.
Group rides
Your rides will have fun, safe routes with distances from 10 miles to 60+ miles.
Our routes and distances will prepare our cyclists to achieve their long-distance cycling goals.
Nutrition, hydration, safety, ride routes and bike readiness will be covered before each ride.
Coaching
Skill and Safety Clinics, nutrition, hydration, lesson plans.
No drop rides. Lead & Tail TBF Coaches on all rides.
TBF Cycling Club - Ride w/GPS membership included with Class.
