Description
Exercise your mind and body in this fun class where choreographed dances are taught to country music as well as a variety of other genres. The first 45 minutes focuses on learning steps for beginning dances and practicing to slower music, making it easier to follow along. The last hour includes both beginning and intermediate line dances danced at normal speed. No partner required. Drop in for $6.00 or save when you register for a whole session.
