Description
EVENING YOGA CLASSES WITH KIRSTEN KLUGJoin Kirsten, an Aphasia and Disability Ambassador, in an inclusive yoga class designed for all abilities. Through movement, breath, balance, and rest, you'll discover how yoga can support your body and mind exactly as they are.
Each class begins with a mindful moment to ground ourselves in the present and honor our unique strengths. We’ll then flow through a series of fun, accessible poses that build flexibility, strength, and resilience. To close, a guided meditation will leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and at peace.
Come as you are—let’s move, breathe, and grow together!
