Six IN-PERSON Sessions January 13, 20, 27, February 3, 10, 17 Line dance is a fun and easy way to complete your daily exercise set to music. Learn the techniques and safe body mechanics behind the steps. Stretch your body and your brain; dance your way to a healthy lifestyle. Beginner dances will introduce you to different musical rhythms. The class will progress at the rate of the participants. Dance shoes are preferred but not required (shoe tubes will be available for optional purchase for $5 at the first class meeting). Jean Maggio is a retired professional turned dance instructor. After moving to Georgia in 2002, Jean enrolled in a local dance class to meet new people, and within a couple of years she was teaching the class. Jean is an NTA certified instructor in line dance with 18 years of experience. She and her husband enjoy their hobby of competing in Country/Western Ballroom dancing.
