Seven IN-PERSON, One-Hour Sessions | LVE Residents September 19, 26, October 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 This multi-instructor course, designed for those of us over 60, aims to make us aware of important steps we can take to age gracefully. Speakers and related topics include: Sept 19: Jennifer Roark - Health Maintenance, General Wellness, A Good Night’s Sleep Sept 26: Lori LeBow - Taking Care of Those Lovely Eyes Oct 3: Libby Donahue - Advanced Care Planning Oct 10: Joanne Hamilton - Joint Health, Strength and Balance Training Oct 17: Alix Schnibben - Vaccinations and Nutritional Supplements Oct 24: Haley Queen - You’re So Vein (Vascular Health) Oct 31: Amy Roark - Maintaining Healthy Weight Dr. Bill Coates is facilitating this multi-instructor course. Bill is a retired pastor, energetic teacher, voluminous reader and generally pretty happy except when having to deal much with technology.
