Ages 18+
If you've ever wondered "Am I doing this right?" in a Yoga class, then this is the series for you!
This series is for participants over 40 who are new to Yoga or are returning to their practice! This hour-long class will focus on strength, flexibility and breath work with specific, detailed instruction tailored to meet the physical needs of those 40+.
Please bring a yoga mat.
