Join this unique approach to Yoga! Participants will experience all of the healing benefits of yoga combined with singing crystal bowls to help balance the mind and body.
This class is open to all levels. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket.
Participants can drop-in to a single class- Resident $1/ Non-Resident $19.
