Ages 18+
Learn the history of different styles of dance and cultures in this Power of the Hips program! From belly dancing to soukous, participants will be exposed to foundational movements in many styles of dance, along with how these styles can be used in modern forms today. On top of movement, you will leave this class better understanding where these styles of dance originated from and its history, along with dance community discussions each class.
