Description

This class will focus on Jazz technique including jumps, leaps, kicks, turns, strengthening, endurance, alignment, flexibility, body awareness, and the development of rhythm and patterns. This class consists of stretching and conditioning, across-the-floor technique, learning new Jazz terminology and practicing body and arm positions. Attire: tight fitted tops and shorts or leggings.
