Time: 7:30 AM–8:20 AM Grades: 6–11 Available Spaces: 12 Cost: $135 Description: This club is open to grade 6-11 students, with and without experience. If you do not have any experience, Mrs. Barnes will help you to create whimsical mixed media art from scratch and we will have mindfulness activities created just for you. If we have the opportunity, we will visit artists in the area and possibly invite them to create art with us! Students should purchase the following materials if they do not have them: One watercolor Journal: Art Watercolor Moleskine A4, or Arteza Watercolor Sketchbook or Strathmore Watercolor Art Journal. Watercolor Set-Min.12 Colors. Prismacolor Crayons- Min. 24 Colors, Pencils. Erasers. Permanent Fineliner Set- Black Ink. FEW Mixed Media Paper or Stencils. Posca Pens- White and Black. The teacher will provide: Acrylic Brushes, Acrylic Paint, Container for Water, Stencils, Stencil Brushes, Matte Medium, Mod Podge, Fixative Sprays and other goodies.
