2023 Spring Session - Tennis Clinics Session Dates: - 8 weeks: April 3rd to May 27th. 2023 Spring Session - Tennis Clinics Session Dates: - 8 weeks: April 3rd to May 27th. Refunds will not be issued after classes have begun. 4-Player minimum per class, space is limited. Contact Ann Marie – (x 2113), or Jeff – (x 2116) at 615-370-3471 with questions.
- In the event that WCPR must cancel a clinic, you will be notified by the department and will be given the option of transferring your payment to another available class, receiving a credit to your account or to receive a full refund issued by check.
- Should you need to cancel your participation in a clinic, you must notify the department no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the program in order to receive a credit or refund. If sufficient notice is given, you may receive a credit to your account or a refund by check for the full amount of the activity.
- Credits are immediately effective once in your account. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks to receive refunds processed by check.
