We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Thursday, July 13, 2023.
Release your inner rock star while you get an all-over body workout and some excellent cardio! We'll use standard drumsticks to drum on exercise balls. All equipment will be provided. Bring a water bottle and dress to move comfortably and sweat.
