This contemporary Reformer class strengthens and lengthens your entire body while taking your balance and coordination to the next level. Creatively flow from the Reformer to the Springboard, then to the Mat, ensuring a different experience each class.

Recommended for those already familiar with basic Pilates. You MUST prepay before registering.
