We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Friday, July 28, 2023.
These beginners will be comfortable jumping into water with and without a PFD. They'll learn to open their eyes, exhale underwater, and hold their breath. They'll work on floats, glides, and moving through the water on their front and back.
