Description
Tai Chi is an ideal low impact exercise and is performed slowly and purposefully. It has been said to improve balance, heart health and immune function and according to some studies, reduces falls. This gentle form of exercise can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance, and could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life.
