Description

Enjoy an evening Lakefront yoga class that will encompass stability, mobility, flexibility and balance while exploring the mind body breath connection. With the beautiful outdoors as our setting we will reconnect in nature with this dynamic and uplifting class. Wine and light refreshments will be provided afterwards on the deck.

Class is taught by Sandy Cox and is outside only.
Please bring your yoga mat and a towel.
