Description
Time to get back in shape! Build the engine (muscles) that burns the fuel (the food you eat). In your 30s, your metabolism begins to slow down as you naturally start to lose lean muscle mass. The rate of loss accelerates as you age, but you can rebuild muscle with strength training. Change your body composition, help stabilize your joints, improve flexibility, feel stronger, and feel great! No strength training experience necessary. Beginners welcome. Bring a mat, hand weights, and water. If you are unable to attend the first three classes, please contact the program supervisor.
