Get your new puppy started off on the right paw by focusing on reinforcement-based training. Puppies must be at least 8 weeks and younger than 21 weeks with up-to-date vaccinations. Bring dog on a six-foot leash, no retractable leashes. Bring plastic bag and scoop. The class is appropriate for any size dog. Info: Melissa Byrne, mbyrne@howardcountymd.gov.
