Description
Train specific muscles to help you do everyday activities safely and efficiently. Focus on stretching, balance and muscle tone with light weights. This class is designed for those who may occasionally feel unsteady on their feet, are post hip or knee surgery with doctors approval.
No class 5/26, 6/9
