Early Registration
Sign up before 6/9/23 to receive a $50 early bird discount. Registration will close on 7/21/23 and players will be placed on a waitlist and a late registration fee will apply if they are able to join a team.
Age categories for the Fall 2023 season:
USA Softball has changed the birthdate cutoff for division determination. There is a temporary option for players that fall within the Sept 1st – Dec 31st birthday range to stay with the players with birthdates of Jan 1st – August 31st, but we will reach out to those impacted families to discuss this option.
6U – Players born between 9/1/16 – 8/31/18
8U – Players born between 9/1/14 – 8/31/16
10U – Players born between 9/1/12 – 8/31/14
12U – Players born between 9/1/10 – 8/31/12
14U – Players born between 9/1/08 – 8/31/10
NOTES:
– A Select program will be offered – this will depend on field space, the number of registered and there is a tryout process. It is not guaranteed that each division will have a Select team. Select participants have the option to play only on the Select team but it is highly encouraged to play on both the Rec team and Select team. There is an additional fee for Select. Schedules should not conflict and Rec has priority over Select.
– Registration includes a uniform jersey (shirt) and socks.
– There is a multi-child discount of $25 off.
Refunds
Upon written request, refund in full (minus credit card processing fees) will be granted prior to team formations (approximately Aug 4th). No refunds will be granted once teams have been formed. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
