Join us for the Greater Sacramento Polar Plunge and 5/K on Saturday, March 11, at Browns Ravine at Folsom Lake. The 5/K is a new addition to the Plunge. You can do the Run or do the Run and Plunge, it is completely up to you. Our theme is Super Heroes so however you choose to participate, bring on the champion in you and don't forget your costume!
