Recommendations: Tie long hair in hair tie Wear comfortable swim attire (1 piece suit recommended) Caregivers should bring swim wear in case swimmer will not go into pool with the instructor. Goggles are permitted When you arrive, proceed to change room, change into proper swim attire, lock up all valuables, procced to bleachers and wait for the instructor to call swimmers name. We do not recommend showering in change rooms prior to class, instructors will take swimmers to shower on on deck before entry.
