This program gives youth the opportunity to see what a lifeguards job is. Participants will learn the basics of lifeguard scanning, rotations, rescue equipment. They will be shadow guarding the pool, helping to set up and take down the pool for different programming and enjoying the fun team atmosphere. Please bring clean non slip footwear, shorts or tights, snacks, water bottle and a lunch.
Lifeguard for a day T-shirt included.
Prerequisites: Must be 12+ yrs.
