This program is closed to further registration.
A full body workout in just 45 minutes! Join us for a heart pumping workout that incorporates 20 minutes on the bike followed by 20 minutes of core exercises and a cooldown/stretching. Appropriate for beginner to advanced riders.
No class Feb 9th.
