We're sorry, but this program is over. The last meeting was Monday, October 2, 2023.Join us on your lunch hour for a 40 min cardio/strength blast. We will be using a variety of different exercise methods to get that heart rate pumping. Strength components will also be added in! Please bring a mat, water bottle, and one set of weights 5-10lbs. If you do not have weights please email email@example.com and we will get you some. Class will be in Millenium Park (next to the Red Brick). Please come dressed for the weather.
