About this event
9 x 67 minute classes Would you like to be a goddess? How about a winged dragon? Maybe a proud warrior? Or even a soaring eagle? Then come try yoga with Mrs. Starr in K-3 at Magical Murray. This class is an introduction to yoga and will help you find strength, balance and focus all of which can help you in any sport your play as well as the classroom. You will also find inner peace through meditation the meditation period at the end of each class. Invest in yourself and come and try yoga, you will be amazed at all you learn.
