We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Wednesday, January 11, 2023.
Join us on a trip to a St. Mary's Glacier near the small town of Alice, CO. We will make our way up to the lake and beyond up to the permanent snowfield. Length of Snowshoe: 3-4 miles. Elevation Gain: 1,200ft. Snowshoes provided. Departs from Scheitler Recreation Center.
CANCELLATIONS: If Outdoor Recreation cancels the trip due to inclement weather, lack of participants, or any other unforeseen circumstances, the participants will receive a full REFUND.
REFUNDS: 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE: If a participant cancels the registration 15 days in advance, a full REFUND will be given. LESS THAN 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE: If a participant cancels registration less than 15 days in advance, NO CREDIT OR REFUND will be given. APPEAL: If a participant experiences a serious illness or loss that prevents their attendance that requires special consideration, an appeal can be submitted to the Coordinator of Outdoor Recreation for review.
